Polyurea is a fast-curing, highly flexible polymer coating applied directly to prepared concrete surfaces. Unlike traditional epoxy, polyurea is more resistant to UV exposure, temperature fluctuations, and chemical spills, which means it holds its appearance and structural integrity longer in garage and workshop environments. Polyurea also cures significantly faster than epoxy, enabling same-day installation and return to use on most projects.
